+Executive Vice President of Enterprise Sales (Remote)

The Role: The Executive Vice President of Enterprise Sales will function as a player/coach, focused on business growth, as well as hiring, training and mentoring new team members. They will collaborate with various stakeholders internally to meet company goals, while forging new or cultivating existing relationships. They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.

Job Duties include:

  • Set up and lead the team to identify and build enterprise relationships by providing a customized solution and maximum value for the enterprises to grow their businesses profitably and efficiently
  • Lead the team to develop new prospects and capitalize on referrals to increase sales in territory; use channels efficiently to build relationships
  • Demonstrate leadership in tough enterprise opportunities
  • Collaborate with external sales teams in development, implementation and execution of territory sales plans resulting in increase in sales and achieve sales goals

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Has demonstrated the passion and leadership in successfully growing the challenging enterprise relationships in the wealth management industry for at least 5 years
  • Has a bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
  • Possess prior experience in the wealth management industry
  • Has minimum of 15 years of experience in a field-based territory sales position selling financial services offerings to large RIAs, large enterprises, or large financial institutions
  • Possess minimum of 10 years of experience building and maintaining a customer account base
  • Has minimum of 5 year of management/leadership experience

The Role: We’re seeking salespeople to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude. They must be organized, have a client-first mentality, professional, personable, proactive and both independent yet a team player. General knowledge of the financial services industry is required. Specific knowledge of registered investment advisors and their technology tools is a big plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
  • Consult with financial advisory firms with the purpose of learning about their current technology
  • Determine if Advyzon is a potential solution for their firm by questions about operations, process, current solutions, while understanding and uncovering pain points
  • Additional responsibilities include assisting Sales & Marketing teams with campaign design and implementation, helping prospects with Advyzon trial subscriptions, and various sales related administrative tasks.

+Product Owner – Financial Planning (Remote)

The Role: Advyzon Product Owners (PO’s) are subject matter experts in their field. PO’s have an in-depth understanding of how clients utilize our software, the strategic goal of our software and the competitive landscape we operate in. The ability to take a detailed understanding of the marketplace and articulate the required changes needed to both internal and external stakeholders is essential. Managing the lifecycle of the product, turning feedback in feature enhancements and pleasing our growing userbase is all in a day's work as an Advyzon PO.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Product Owners (PO’s) need to understand the short and long-term business vision
  • POs must manage all the internal and external stakeholder interests related to any project
  • POs are responsible for organizing and maintaining their product backlog and communicating it with firm stakeholders and updating changes to our ticket tracking system.
  • POs need to create and adjust the release scope goals in collaboration with Product Development Teams and stay aligned with the broader company goals
  • POs must do extensive competitive and cross-product research to create compelling and creative project ideas to advance the Advyzon product vision
  • POs must seek end-user feedback to maintain the pulse of current and prospective user needs, wants and wishes so that client demands are fully anticipated
  • POs must translate ideas into documented business requirements, key use cases and functional details to properly communicate the intricate requirements and perspectives needed to achieve both success and quality
  • POs must communicate regularly with Development and Design teams to create detailed specifications and intuitive designs to gain agreement from all development stakeholders
  • POs should spend a significant portion of time overseeing development stages and remain a key player throughout a project lifecycle, while also seeking out way to improve the development process
  • POs are accountable to the final product and must take a primary role in evaluating development progress and whether a final project iteration is acceptable
Skills/Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of financial services experience preferably in a Financial Planner role
  • Advanced domain knowledge of financial planning concepts, specifically goal-based planning, tax planning, retirement planning, and portfolio construction planning.
  • Familiarity and experience with financial planning tools such as eMoney, RightCapital, or MoneyGuidePro (or similar) is highly valued.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
  • Must have exceptional analytical skills to collect and analyze information, solving problems rationally/creatively, and making decisions that enhance productivity and value
  • Commitment to continuing education and ongoing professional development to be informed about the ever-evolving financial planning space, specifically new laws or regulations
  • Ability to work on the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements for multiple projects simultaneously while continuously recognizing urgency and setting priorities
  • Ability to use language to clearly express and share information including verbal and non-verbal communication duties across all channels, teams, and mediums.
  • Ability to encode information to make it easily understandable to the receiving person, digesting and incorporating feedback loops, while minimizing noise from entering the communication and distracting from key message
  • Must show interest or previous aptitude in technical skills
  • Intimate familiarity with our software development, UX/UI design, agile process, project management and IT infrastructure
  • Must prove capable of autonomous decision-making daily to influence backlog inclusion, prioritization, planning and communication
  • Must show effective project management skills including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing

+Client Success Manager (Remote)

We’re seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing key relationships and helping drive product adoption among new users that join our platform.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop processes to monitor all on-boarding projects while developing new client relationships during product implementation stage.
  • Help drive product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success within customer user base.
  • Engage external client users in formal training settings and provide expert day-to-day servicing on all product aspects.
  • Contribute to product research, service-improvement initiatives, and other projects as needed as well as provide feedback to the software development team for technical-related product enhancements.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Financial Services; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Information Systems degrees preferred. (Two years or more experience in the Financial Services…). Previous work experience in the Financial Services / Finance industry is a plus.
  • Hold a deep understanding of investment management and/or financial services in order to anticipate the context of user’s needs.
  • Aptitude and willingness to gain complete knowledge of software capabilities in order to provide excellent service to platform users.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business and switch gears quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.

+Client Service Associate - AIM

The Group: Advyzon Investment Management (AIM) is a Turnkey Asset Management Program (TAMP) that offers investment solutions and operations outsourcing to advisors. AIM was launched in 2022 as a new subsidiary of Advyzon, which was founded in 2012 with the purpose of building intuitive all-in-one technology for advisor firms. AIM provides disciplined investment management solutions built upon an intuitive user experience and personalized relationship based service model. The service team within AIM is responsible providing a technology forward white-glove service experience to advisors.

The Role: AIM is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team of service professionals. This individual will act as a key point of contact for service and operations. The CSA will be involved in all service items related to client and advisor onboarding and ongoing day to day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on paperwork and process requirements across multiple custodial platforms.
  • Assist with advisor onboarding and training.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate paperwork and reports for advisors while identifying and advocating internally for automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Process advisor billing and execution with custodians.
  • Assist with data reconciliation across several custodians.
  • Proactively identify and resolve NIGOs.
  • Monitor workflow status, collaborate with custodians to resolve items quickly, and proactively communicate with advisors.
  • Stay abreast of changing policies and procedures that impact AIM and advisors.
  • Help drive advisor platform adoption, share best practices, and implement growth and optimization strategies.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of operational workflows and service needs to proactively problem solve and provide consultative solutions to advisors.
  • Identify and escalate complex problems, taking ownership of seeing items through to completion.

+Associate Trader – AIM (Chicago or Lisle, IL)

The Group:  Advyzon Investment Management (AIM) is a Turnkey Asset Management Program (TAMP) that offers investment solutions and operations outsourcing to advisors. AIM was launched in 2022 to complement Advyzon technology, which was founded in 2012 with the purpose of building an intuitive, all-in-one technology for advisory firms. AIM provides disciplined investment management solutions built upon an intuitive user experience and personalized relationship based service model. The trading group within AIM is responsible for trading client accounts to keep them in line with model portfolio target allocations.

The Role: We’re seeking an Associate Trader to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for trading in client accounts to address day-to-day cash flows, target drift due to market movements, portfolio allocation changes, tax loss harvesting, and other portfolio changes. This is an entry level role and we are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. The preferred location for the role is in our Lisle office, but our Chicago office is acceptable for the right applicant.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze client portfolios, calculate trades, and execute trades on a daily basis, to keep portfolios in line with assigned AIM, advisor, third party strategist, and unified managed account portfolio targets
  • Maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders including advisors, portfolio managers, custodians, third party vendors, other investment operations teams, and other functions within Advyzon to contribute to the efficient operation of our investment program
  • Play a supportive role in the evolution of the trade team and its processes, escalating operational risks and effectively partnering with technology and global operations resources to address technology barriers
  • Support the trading operations associated with running our portfolios through a variety of third-party distribution platforms
  • Occasionally, on slow trading days, assist the investment research team with various research, analysis, reporting, and other investment tasks
  • As necessary, onboard new advisor accounts and work through transitions, with a critical eye toward taxes, alternative / illiquid securities and account customizations
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications
  • Excellent math and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and effectively use Advyzon’s trading software
  • Flexible and organized enough to learn and work with software from at least six custodians
  • Strong organizational and time management skills - ability to handle fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; the person in this role must maintain a sharp focus during market hours and minimize distractions.
  • Flexible and adaptable during strategic operational developments
  • Integrity is a must in this role
  • Advanced Excel skills are advantageous
  • Creativity, the desire to innovate, and investing passion
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, money movement and trading attributes, including realized gains
  • Ability to problem solve and determine the most effective method of problem resolutions while complying with corporate and regulatory procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; interest in obtaining MBA, CFP/CFA a plus
